4. Jeepine assembly workshop
The automatic compression molding and capping machine adopts the upper and lower multi-mode high-speed rotary compression molding process to manufacture plastic bottle caps such as water beverage cover, medical cover, daily lid and liqor cover. The granular plastic raw materials (such as PE, PP, etc.) are melted at a high temperature and then quantitatively extruded from the nozzle through an extruder, and then cut and evenly distributed into the respective cavity by the cutting tray, and finally pressed and formed in the cavity.
