1) Molds and spare parts: the whole set of molds and mold parts can be provided, and samples can be made first in the process. After the test is confirmed, the formal production will begin.

2) Maintenance of the machine platform: including the hub, electrical system, extrusion system, hydraulic system, etc., analyze the reasons according to the abnormal situation, arrive at the site and offer solutions to solve the problems.

A. hydraulic system upgrade service:

If the existing equipment of hydraulic system is using a fixed displacement pump and fixed frequency motor configuration, cannot according to the power required to make corresponding change, the extra traffic finally manifests in the form of heat, need a large amount of cooling water for cooling;The system can be upgraded to the hydraulic system of crystal high speed press cover machine. The system adopts frequency conversion technology and adopts medium pressure and high pressure pressure flow control respectively.

Currently, gear pump is used in the hydraulic system of the original machine platform, and there are problems such as large side leakage, low pressure and efficiency, and large noise in gear pump.Can be upgraded to plunger pump, piston pump volume efficiency high, small leakage, high pressure and efficiency, the overall efficiency can be increased more than 6%.

B. Hub maintenance service:
