The screw of this machine model has been researched and designed for numerous years, length-diameter ratio reaches 32:1. Adopting Nano-ceramics heating bands, to achieve thermal control in eight stages and temperature tolerance within ±1℃. Therefore, resin realizes thorough plasticization,homogeneous mixture, and one-step molding meets max. 99.9% use ratio,which ensure closure’s quality adequately.
Jeepine plastic lid compression molding machine adopts one-step molding integrated turnplate, to ensure upper molds and bottom molds in high concentricity effectively. Meanwhile, this can avoid the risk of deviation on separated turnplate after running in long time.

Each mold part is processed by more than ten specific processes and finally meets different hardness requirements to ensure perfect coordination between parts. The Rockwell Hardness of the treated parts can reach 62HRC, effectively guaranteeing mould's life and ensuring the long-term stability of bottle cap quality.

Jeepine has Japanese Mazak CNC lathes, numerical control electric spark machines. High precision internal and external universal grinding machines, and a complete set of mould processing equipment.The machining precision of the inner and outer circular universal grinding machine can reach 0.5mm, effectively ensuring the dimension accuracy of each mold fitting.
