The Type 3025 cap is specifically designed for non-carbonated beverage packaging compatible with the 30/25 standard bottleneck. According to the Chinese National Standard GB/T 17876-2010, this cap is classified as a non-carbonated beverage closure and is not suitable for carbonated beverages containing carbon dioxide.
Applicable Bottle Finish Specifications
The packaging container using 3025 type bottle caps must have a bottleneck size that meets the 30/25 standard bottleneck requirements stipulated in GB/T17876-2010. Specifically, it includes key dimensions such as the diameter of the support ring being 34.00 ± 0.15mm and the diameter of the thread being 30.30 ± 0.13mm. If the size does not comply with this standard, it will not be able to be properly matched with the 3025 type bottle caps.

Performance Standards for Type 3025 Cap (according to GB/T 17876-2010)
1. Adhesion of Printed Pattern
The printed pattern on the cap surface should remain intact without significant peeling.
2. Sealability
As a closure for non-carbonated beverages, the Type 3025 cap must meet the following sealing requirements: maintain airtightness under 200 kPa pressure, and the cap must not detachment under 350 kPa pressure.
3. Low Temperature Resistance
After low temperature testing, the cap should not crack or deform, and no liquid leakage should occur when inverted.
4. Drop Resistance
After the drop test, the cap must not detach, and there should be no leakage at the seal.
5. Tamper-Evident Band Technical Indicators
The tamper-evident band must meet the following physical properties:
Capping Effect: The tamper-evident band should remain unbroken after capping.
Tamper Evidence: After opening, the connecting bridges of the tamper-evident band should show clear breakage.
Opening Torque: Between 0.6 N·m and 2.2 N·m.
Breakaway Torque: Not exceeding 2.2 N·m.
