What kinds of raw material are plastic made?
Plastics are processes in which plastics are formed by several methods and refered to the process of making a final plastic product from a polymer made by a synthetic resin manufacturer. Processing methods (often referred to primary processing of plastics) include compression molding , extrusion , injection molding , blow molding (hollow molding), calendering, and so on.

The plastic always used are not pure. Substance, which is made up of many materials. Actually, high molecular polymers (or synthetic resins) are the main components of plastics. In addition, in order to improve the properties of plastics, various auxiliary materials such as fillers, plasticizers, lubricants, stabilizers, and colorants, can be a good plastic.

The types of commonly used plastics are:
1 Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
It is the largest plastic used in construction. The density of rigid polyvinyl chloride is 1.38~1.43g/m³, the mechanical strength is high, the chemical stability is good, and the use temperature range is generally between -15 and +55℃, which is suitable for manufacturing plastic doors and windows, sewer pipes, trunking and so on.
2,Polyethylene (PE)
Polyethylene plastic is mainly used in water supply and drainage pipes and sanitary ware in the buildings.
3,Polypropylene (PP)
The density of polypropylene is the smallest among all plastics, about 0.90. Polypropylene is commonly used to produce pipe, sanitary ware and other building products.
4,Polystyrene (PS)
Polystyrene is a colorless, transparent glass-like plastic. Polystyrene is mainly used in the production of foam insulation materials, light-transmitting materials and other products.
5,ABS Plastic
ABS plastic is a modified polystyrene plastic consisting of three components based on acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B) and styrene (S). ABS plastic can be used to make plastic decorative panels with patterned patterns.
