is applicable for cap production from thermoforming plastics (PP,PE,etc.,) , its rotating design ensures continuous cap production and no injection time, so yield greatly increased.  

The machine adopts continuous compression molding hydraulic press for plastic cap manufacturing via the extrusion of dry-blend

granulated compounds (PE, PP), metering, pelletting and insertion in the cavities to mould it into the final shape. The capacity of the machine depends heavily on compound properties and the geometry of the manufactured caps.

Our Services:

A technician shall be sent to install and test the machine upon buyer's notification when everything is ready for installation and testing. The buyer shall bear all the charges involved since the technician leave off seller's company till he gets back, charges including transportation expenses, visa fee, accommodation, and insurance, etc. If the technician is required to go abroad, USD 80/day shall be charged as the service fee within the same time period stated above.
