Bottle cap printing machine is equipped with automatic elevator, which is able to store a large volume of caps and feed the correct number of caps into the unscrambler. Maintain a sustainable number of caps in the unscrambler. Automatic feeding system is composed of aluminum and stainless steel, monitoring the conditions of feeding tracks with sensors. It will stop feeding when it is full, or vice-versa.

How to Maintain Plastic Cap Printing Machine
Use high-quality ink:
Impurities in ink of low quality will do harm to the printhead and cause blockage and poor printing effect.
Prevent Air Bubble:
The nozzle must fit the maintenance cap when it is reset, and try not to make too much contact with the air when not in use.
Keep the nozzle cableintact and tidy:
Don't be too tortuous or too close to other cables, so as to avoid scratching and causing the cable to fall off. There should be no liquid at the connection port (it can also be fixed with a cable tie).
Prevent Ink Penetration:
Wrap electrical tape around the nozzle and cable interface to seal the nozzle and cable interface to prevent ink from entering the nozzle and burning the nozzle.
Be careful not to burn the nozzle:
After the nozzle is installed, cleaned and maintained, the interface between the nozzle and the flat cable should be re-sealed, and the position corresponding to the flat cable should be fully inserted when inserting the flat cable, so as not to burn the nozzle.
How to work when power off:
During printing, if the nozzle is suddenly wiped, do not wait and deal with it in time but turn off the machine, manually move the print head to the left, and gently wipe the bottom of the nozzle with a cleaning stick. Turn on the machine, clean it. Under normal circumstances, repeat twice, the test strip will be complete. If it is not complete, soak it in the pure water for three or five minutes, then clean it, and it is basically solved.If it still doesn't work, change the purified water to a cleaning liquid and repeat the previous steps.
Print test strip before turning off the printer each time:
Print a test strip to check the status of the nozzle. If it is not good, clean it in time. Shut down the machine after the test strip is complete.
Work in a good environment:
The temperature of working environment is better at 15-30℃, and humidity in 35-65℃. Keep the environment clean and avoid too much dust.
