PCO1881 Compression Making Machine

Under the high pressure of up to 12kg/cm2, the bottle cap will still not be detached from the bottle mouth, far exceeding the market. The gas pressure required for carbonated beverages (about 4-5kg/cm2) also meets the industry standard for caps.

The automatic compression molding and capping machine adopts the upper and lower multi-mode high-speed rotary compression molding process to manufacture plastic bottle caps such as water beverage cover, medical cover, daily lid and wine cover. The granular plastic raw materials (such as PE, PP, etc.) are melted at a high temperature and then quantitatively extruded from the nozzle through an extruder, and then cut and evenly distributed into the respective cavity by the cutting tray, and finally pressed and formed in the cavity.
