Jeepine CCM series of hydraulic presses, which have been specially designed for the production of thermoplastic products through compression. These hydraulic presses operate continuously, with plastic material being fed from a plasticization unit, cut into pellets of suitable size, and then inserted into molds. The molds are closed using a hydraulic system at a pressure that can be adjusted as needed during the production cycle. The cooling time required is directly influenced by the speed at which the molding turret operates.
One of the most popular cap types in many countries is the 2622 CSD and water cap. Jeepine has recently developed a solution for this cap type, offering advanced technology and efficiency.
