2.Delivery time 

a. Trail mold and cap samples: 30 working days from order confirm and cap drawing approval. 

b. Industrial molds and machine: Within 120 working days from trail mold and cap samples confirmation. 

  

3.Installation and Testing 

a. The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, clean water, compressed air and raw materials for on-site testing. 

b.Engineer of seller is responsible for the equipment’s installation, production trail test and training to the related personnel in buyers’ factory for 7 days.

                Ⅱ.Compression molding Profile&Principle


1.Compression molding technology Profile

With the features of convenient operation,high production efficiency and low average cost, Compression Molding is already a well-known and popular technology worldwide in plastic bottle caps production application.


2. Molding Principle 

While molding,material is cut as quantified pallet and inserted into the cavities.Then moulds close,pellets are gradually plasticized and filled into the cavities under pressure and temperature. Finally bottle caps present after cooling and solidification in a cycle.



Since there is no hot runner in compression technology ,using common pressure motor is available, with the obvious merits of uniform performance,less shrinkage and distortion rate.


3. Technology Process 

Jeepine CCM combines the advantages of extruding,compression molding and high-speed rotary technologies,which accomplish sized material delivery,no overflow and successful one-step molding.Compression molding  only requires resin in semi-melted state(<180℃),contributing to energy saving.


 

1) Sized material delivery 

Motor drives gearing,then transmits molding bases on the main bearing,running by preset speed,meanwhile leads scraping device.Running in compression molding device velocity,pellets from plasticization unit go through rotary plate of pneumatic scraping device.Next they will be  blown by air from inlet pipe,and then inserted into the bottom cavities.

 

2)Continuous rotary compression molding 

While main bearing of CCM continuously is driving both turnplate on it then going through the surface of upon and bottom cams,cams push the rods in molds to remove.Continuous compression molding proceeds with bottom and upon mould cavities close and open.Meanwhile,turnplate is running in high speed,each of multi-compression units is controlled by device to ascend and descend, so that compression and continuous production are accomplished.



3)Products Cooling 

Under certain molding temperature and pressure for some time,plastic  completely solidify and become final products. Beyond or less compression time would affect products.


During the process of cooling to indoor temperature,distribution of temperature and cooling velocity are the essential parameters.If cooling was uneven or not in time,it may lead to extra strain then make it warp. In order to promise high precision,Jeepine have know-how in mould cooling to achieve overall and rapid cooling,which is still preceding in China.


4)Pneumatic assist in mold release 

When mould release,bottom mould descend,then shifting forks drive mould outside braces to drop. Mould outside braces push caps release from mould.By blowing through void of shifting forks,air goes into the caps,which makes pressure difference inside and outside,so that it’s convenient for mold outside brace to push caps release.This technology is greatly avoid plastic caps’ damage and increase efficiency during demolding.


4. Compression molding advantages 

4.1.Energy saving 

  Without hot runner, CCM need lower heating temperature,which means less energy consumption in both heating and cooling.

4.2.Quick color changeover 

Without hot runner, we don’t need to clean chamber while color changeover of caps. This is the obvious advantages of CCM compared with IMM.

4.3.Less material waste 

Without hot runner material waste.

4.4.High specific density and less shrinkage 

Equal molding temperature, lower molding temperature allows the result of

higher density.

Furthermore, less heating and cooling temperature gap will make the less

shrinkage of caps.

4.5.Easy mold disassembly and changing 

Independent molds make it easier to change molds, only with hand tools but not

crane.

4.6.Shorter cycle time 

Cavities amount being equal, CCM have shorter cycle time,thus,higher capacity.

Due to lower extrusion temperature, caps are more quickly to be cooled down

in mould.It makes shorter cycle time, and capacity rises.
